Thomas Träger counsels and represents clients in cases involving trademark, competition, design and copyright law as well as patent and employee inventor law. He also drafts distribution agreements in the light of the applicable anti-trust issues. Mr. Träger has specialized in court litigation in Intellectual Property rights cases since 2002. Before joining LichtensteinKörner in 2017 he had worked for 15 years as an attorney in prestigious patent law firms. Mr. Träger has been a board-certified specialist attorney for intellectual property rights since 2008. Mr. Träger is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR). He participates in the committee work of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and publishes judgment reviews.
