Dr. Alexander Hauch counsels and represents clients in cases involving competition, trademark, design and copyright law as well as press and privacy law. He specializes in enforcing IP rights both in and out of court. He is co-author of the litigator’s handbook on IP, copyright and press law “Münchener Prozessformularbuch Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz, Urheber- und Presserecht” (5th edition 2018) and contributes regularly to the IP and competition law journal “juris PraxisReport Wettbewerbs- und Immaterialgüterrecht (jurisPR-WettbR)”. He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
